I didn’t realize I had ordered the color I got but I was pleasantly surprised! I only wish it was bigger but again that’s on my lack of attention to detail. Overall great experience.

I didn’t actually need customer service but was contacted by the seller for an upgrade. The mat turned out beautifully and since it’s a gift for a deaf friend I am absolutely thrilled with it!

It works fine as a door mat. I like it and we will use it but the text is not at all as crisp as in the images. I got the more expensive version in hopes it would be better but it didn’t seem to make a difference in my case.
Shipping was fast and it came well packaged, it’s just the print quality that is different from what I expected from the photos on the listing.
I was expecting it to shed like others have mentioned so I opened the package outside - thanks to other reviewers for the heads up!
