I didn’t actually need customer service but was contacted by the seller for an upgrade. The mat turned out beautifully and since it’s a gift for a deaf friend I am absolutely thrilled with it!

It works fine as a door mat. I like it and we will use it but the text is not at all as crisp as in the images. I got the more expensive version in hopes it would be better but it didn’t seem to make a difference in my case.
Shipping was fast and it came well packaged, it’s just the print quality that is different from what I expected from the photos on the listing.
I was expecting it to shed like others have mentioned so I opened the package outside - thanks to other reviewers for the heads up!

The door mat looks better than the picture. The calligraphy is beautiful and the Large size fits perfectly in front of the door. The mat is also thick and sturdy.

Stay Awhile and Listen Diablo doormat

My order arrived 4 days before it was even set to ship, which was a pleasant surprise since it was a gift for my partner. He immediately loved it and placed it in the entryway in front of our door. The quality is top notch, everything looks and feels a lot more expensive than even the product photos portray.
