Great quality. It makes me happy everytime I see it

Unfortunately the mat looks stained. It has like different colored brown spots on it. Like it looks wet in certain area but it’s not wet. We tried hosing it off and seeing if something might wash out from it. A lot of brownish water came off of it. And it still has the same spots but it’s weird that the water run off is brown. It’s just a mat so no big deal but I’m not going to order again in the future.

These mats are very cute and hold up well if sheltered. One of mine got wet and turned so dark the words aren't even noticeable anymore. I thought hanging it to dry would help, but the damage is done. Take the care sheet seriously because these mats aren't cheap.

I ordered this as a reminder of a favorite experience in Italy, as a surprise for my husband, an ancient civilizations student back in the day.
It did not disappoint!
The quality of the mat is excellent - very sturdy and well made.
The graphic is crisp and clear, and the seller was kind enough to send a version “with dots”, which I love!
We haven’t had any real “shedding” issues, either.

First of all, THANK YOU! They went above and beyond for me. I had ordered it and since I was moving decided to change the address to a friend to make sure I got it in my new city. Not only did they say ‘Of course’, they offered to send it later and to my new address. It came in on time in the most perfect packaging. I shook it outside which took almost zero effort and fell in love immediately! It is thick, great quality and bringns a little life to my doorstep. I may not have many visitors due to COVID, but I always smile when I come home. I grew up in Japan so the fact that it is in Japanese in nice wtiting, makes me feel right at home, even in a different country.
